Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 65 years old.
  • Your shoulder pain has lasted at least 3 months and limits daily activities.
  • Your shoulder movement is significantly less than your other shoulder in at least one direction (like rotating outward, lifting your arm, or bending).
  • You have not had any prior treatment for this shoulder problem, such as physical therapy, injections, or surgery.
  • Your shoulder pain is at least a 3 on a 0-to-10 pain scale.
