Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been on peritoneal dialysis for at least 6 months.
  • Your albumin level in the blood is low (less than 38 g/L).
  • You have not had peritonitis in the last 3 months or been hospitalized in the last month.
  • You do not have severe heart, liver, or other major diseases, or cancer, and your doctor thinks you will live more than a year.
