  • You are 65 years or older.
  • You have severe aortic valve narrowing and iron deficiency (low iron levels in your blood).
  • You have recently had a successful TAVI procedure (valve replacement).
  • You haven't had iron treatments, erythropoietin, or blood transfusions in the last 3 months.
  • You don't have severe kidney disease (dialysis or eGFR below 15).
