- You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.
- Your Parkinson's is mild to moderate (Hoehn and Yahr stage 3 or below), meaning you can balance on your own.
- You can walk for about 5 minutes without a walker or wheelchair; using walking poles is okay.
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You do not have serious spine problems (such as tumors, infections, recent fractures, or severe arthritis), blood vessel issues, or bleeding disorders.
