Who can take part

  • You are between 30 and 60 years old.
  • Your BMI is over 30 (obese).
  • You have a high level of internal belly fat (visceral fat 12 or more).
  • You are willing to follow a strict diet and exercise plan for 24 weeks.
  • You are willing to attend regular study visits and have blood tests, body scans, and strength tests.
  • If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must use effective birth control and not be breastfeeding.
