Who can take part

  • You have a type of endometrial cancer called endometrioid adenocarcinoma (grade 1 or 2) or atypical endometrial hyperplasia.
  • If you have cancer, it must be at a very early stage, confined to the inner lining of the uterus or with only shallow invasion (less than half the thickness of the uterine muscle).
  • You are 45 years old or younger.
  • You want to preserve your fertility and are willing to sign a consent form.
  • You do not have serious medical conditions like severe liver or kidney problems, and you have no reasons that would prevent you from using progestin therapy or becoming pregnant.
  • Cancer has not spread to other parts of your body, and you have no active genital infections or allergies to the study drug.
