- You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by a doctor
- Your Parkinson's is at stage II or III based on a doctor's assessment
- You can walk on your own for at least 5 minutes without help
- Your Parkinson's medications have been stable for at least 1 month
- You are currently in a rehab program at Ezra LeMarpe
- You are able to use a smartphone comfortably
