Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with thyroid eye disease (thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy).
  • Your best-corrected vision is 1.0 or better in both eyes (20/20 vision or better with glasses/contacts).
  • You have no history of other eye diseases or thyroid disorders.
  • You have not had eye surgery or certain neurological conditions (like Parkinson's, stroke, or multiple sclerosis).
  • You are not taking medications that slow reaction time (like sedatives) within 48 hours of testing.
