Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your cancer must have spread or come back and standard treatments have not worked or are not an option.
  • Your tumor must have a confirmed loss of the MTAP gene or protein, found through a special lab test.
  • You need to be in good enough health to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must have adequate organ function, like healthy kidneys, liver, and blood counts, as checked by blood tests.
  • You must be able to take pills by mouth.
