Who can take part
- Your tumor must have a specific change in a gene called PIK3CA (found through a blood or tumor test).
- You have one of these cancer types: endometrial (uterine) cancer, breast cancer (hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative or HER2-low), or another advanced solid tumor that hasn't responded to standard treatments.
- You have stopped responding to or couldn't tolerate at least one prior cancer treatment.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
- You must be able to do your daily activities with little or no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You do not have poorly controlled diabetes or certain other gene changes (like PTEN, RAS, or BRAF).
