Who can take part
- 19 years or older
- Diagnosed with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (the most common type of pancreatic cancer)
- Your cancer is either borderline removable, locally advanced, or has only a few spots of spread (3 or fewer)
- You have finished 2 to 4 cycles of standard chemo (FOLFIRINOX, gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel, or NALIRIFOX) without the cancer spreading to distant organs
- You have at least one tumor that can be safely treated with radiation and that can be measured on scans
- You are well enough to get around (ECOG score 0-2) and can follow study procedures
