Who can take part
- Age 19 or older
- Histologically confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma (stomach cancer confirmed by tissue biopsy)
- Cancer cannot be surgically removed and is locally advanced (HER-2 negative, EBV negative, and microsatellite stable)
- Completed at least 3 cycles of first-line chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy without disease progression
- At least one tumor lesion that is safely able to receive radiation
- Good overall health and able to comply with study procedures (ECOG performance status 0–2)
