Who can take part
- You have atrial fibrillation that comes and goes (paroxysmal AF) and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF).
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- Your left atrium (the upper heart chamber) is smaller than 55 mm.
- Your heart's pumping strength (ejection fraction) is above 50%.
- You have not had any prior heart procedures for AF or other major heart surgeries in the past 3 months.
- You are able to give informed consent and follow the study schedule.
