Who can take part

  • You had a stroke that caused weakness on one side of your body (hemiplegia)
  • You are between 40 and 70 years old
  • It has been at least 6 months since your stroke
  • You can stand on your own for at least 1 minute
  • Your stroke recovery is at stage 4 or higher (meaning moderate movement is returning)
  • You can understand and follow simple instructions
