Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have had radiation therapy to your chest for cancer and have been diagnosed with radiation-induced lung injury (grade 2–3) with or without immune pneumonia.
- Your lung function test shows mild to moderate impairment (DLCO 40% to less than 80% of predicted).
- Your lung injury started less than 2 months ago.
- You are able to take pills by mouth and have an estimated survival of at least 6 months.
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within certain safe limits.
