- You have a type of throat cancer called nasopharyngeal carcinoma that has come back or spread and can't be cured with surgery or radiation.
- You've already tried platinum-based chemotherapy as your first treatment, but it didn't work.
- You've also tried a type of immunotherapy called a PD-1 inhibitor before.
- You are 18 to 75 years old and are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
