Who can take part

  • Your nasopharyngeal cancer has come back or spread to other parts of the body and cannot be cured with surgery or radiation.
  • You have tried a platinum-based chemotherapy as your first treatment and it stopped working.
  • You have also tried a PD-1 inhibitor (a type of immunotherapy) and it stopped working.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old, and your general health is fairly good (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, and your blood counts and organ function are adequate.
