- You and your baby (or the baby you care for) both take part.
- Baby is between 3 and 24 months old.
- Baby had a brain injury at birth (like hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, born before 32 weeks, or cerebral palsy) OR is a healthy baby with no brain issues.
- Healthy babies should not have had a brain injury, cerebral palsy, other brain disorders, or a stay in the NICU.
- Babies with certain genetic conditions or major birth defects are not included in any group.
