Who can take part
- Your baby must be considered high risk for cerebral palsy or developmental delays, such as being born very early (before 32 weeks) or weighing less than 1500 grams at birth.
- Your baby may have a brain condition like encephalopathy (injury from lack of oxygen) or other brain problems seen on scans or exams.
- You must be able to give written permission for your baby to take part in the study.
