Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You had an Achilles tendon rupture that was treated without surgery
  • You followed the SMART rehabilitation program for your recovery
  • You are now between 12 and 15 months after your injury
  • You have not had surgery or a re-rupture of this Achilles tendon
  • You do not have a condition affecting leg strength or function, like a nerve or muscle disorder
