  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, whether recently or long-term.
  • You are receiving care for diabetes at Nice University Hospital's endocrinology department (as a hospital patient, day clinic patient, or outpatient).
  • You can read and understand study information and fill out questionnaires.
  • You are covered by the French social security system.
  • You agree to take part (by not saying no).
