- You were assigned female at birth
- You are between 40 and 60 years old
- You are perimenopausal or menopausal
- You have not used cannabis regularly (more than once a month) in the past year and are willing to stop using it for 3 months
- You own a smartphone and have reliable internet for video calls
- You are not currently taking antidepressant, antianxiety, or antipsychotic medication
