  • You are 65 years or older
  • You are motivated to take part and can attend appointments
  • You are healthy enough to safely do light exercise, based on a check-up
  • You do not have a serious heart problem (like recent heart attack, unstable angina, or uncontrolled heart failure)
  • You do not have a clot in your lung or leg, or a major lung issue like uncontrolled asthma
