  • You are a state-certified nurse or nursing assistant working at GHU Paris or GHPG.
  • You regularly work night shifts.
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You can understand and read French.
  • You do not have epilepsy or a pacemaker/other implanted device that could be affected by the VR headset.
