Who can take part

  • You had an acute ischemic stroke (a stroke caused by a clot). It needs to be in a certain part of the brain (internal carotid artery system).
  • Your stroke started within the last 72 hours (about 3 days).
  • Your stroke is mild (NIHSS score 1-4) if you're in the single-dose study, or moderate (NIHSS score 5-12) for the multiple-dose study.
  • Before the stroke, you were able to do your daily activities without help (mRS score 0 or 1).
  • You have not had any bleeding in the brain with this stroke.
  • You have not been treated with exosomes before.
