Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for at least 180 days.
  • Your average blood sugar (HbA1c) is between 7% and 10%.
  • You are currently managing your diabetes with lifestyle changes (diet, exercise) and/or up to 3 oral diabetes medications, and your medications have been stable before screening.
  • You have not taken any GLP-1 based medications (like semaglutide) or similar treatments before entering the study.
