Metastatic or Locally Advanced Solid Tumors With Microsatellite Instability-high (MSI-H) or Mismatched Repair Deficiency (dMMR)

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Your cancer must have a specific genetic marker called MSI-H or dMMR (your doctor can check).
  • You need to have a tumor tissue sample available from a past surgery or biopsy, or be willing to have a new biopsy.
  • Your cancer must be measurable on imaging scans (like CT or MRI).
  • You should be able to do most daily activities (walk, light work, etc.) without help.
