  • You have sudden hearing loss in one ear that started within the last 3 days
  • Your hearing loss is severe or profound (65 decibels or more) in at least 3 frequencies
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have not received any other treatment for this hearing loss yet
  • You can come for regular follow-up visits and exams
