  • You are at least 18 years old and under 59 years old.
  • You have PKU (phenylketonuria) or HMP (hyperphenylalaninemia) and are being followed by a doctor.
  • You live with a relative who is also willing to take part (they must be 18 or older).
  • You agree to let the study use your data and have no objection to participating.
  • You have health insurance (social security) in France.
