  • You have been seen for weight loss treatment at the DHMC Weight Center within the past year.
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You can speak, read, and write English fluently.
  • Your doctor thinks you are appropriate for a group visit.
  • You do not have an active eating disorder.
  • You are able to do physical activity safely, or have been cleared by a doctor to do so.
