Who can take part
- You must be an ICU nurse with a specialist degree in intensive care, or a patient with suspected or confirmed sepsis.
- If you are a nurse, you need at least 1.5 years of ICU experience and work at least 75% of your time at the ICU, with continued employment until 2026 at Örebro University Hospital.
- If you are a patient, you must be 18 years or older and admitted to the ICU with sepsis (defined by specific criteria like low blood pressure, confusion, or fast breathing).
- You cannot have liver cirrhosis (a serious liver condition) or be pregnant.
