Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You usually sleep at least 6 hours a night for the past 2 weeks.
  • You do not have a known sleep disorder like sleep apnea or restless legs.
  • You do not have depression, epilepsy, or a brain tumor.
  • You do not take regular sleep aids or medications.
  • You have not worked night shifts or irregular hours in the last 2 weeks.
