Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have generalized myasthenia gravis confirmed by a positive blood test for acetylcholine receptor antibodies.
  • You have already received more than one round of plasma exchange or IVIg for this crisis.
  • You are in the intensive care unit with very severe muscle weakness (class IV or V).
  • You are willing to follow the study plan, including getting vaccinated against meningitis.
  • You do not have a thymoma or any active cancer or serious infection.
