Who can take part

  • You are between 10 and 18 years old
  • You have a C-shaped curve in the upper or middle part of your spine (thoracic scoliosis)
  • Your spine curve measures between 10 and 25 degrees (mild scoliosis)
  • You have not had spinal surgery or been prescribed a back brace for this condition
  • You do not have a mental health condition, a nerve or muscle disorder, or a difference in leg length
