Who can take part

  • You are between 10 and 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with mild to moderate idiopathic scoliosis (curve between 10 and 40 degrees).
  • You are able to attend a 16-week exercise program.
  • You have not had scoliosis surgery before.
  • You are not currently using a scoliosis brace.
  • You agree not to have other scoliosis treatments during the study.
