Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis by a specialist
  • You are between 10 and 18 years old
  • Your main spine curve was 45 degrees or more before surgery
  • You had posterior spinal fusion surgery
  • You are between 8 weeks and 6 months after your surgery
  • You can understand and follow simple instructions
