Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic breast cancer that is HER2-positive, confirmed by a central lab.
  • You have measurable disease (stage 1) or non-measurable disease (stage 2) by standard imaging.
  • You have had at least one prior anti-HER2 treatment for advanced disease.
  • You have had or can have a prior anti-HER2 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) unless it is not available or safe for you.
  • You have not had a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) for advanced disease, though prior TKI for early-stage cancer is okay if completed over a year ago.
  • Your organs and bone marrow work well, you are up and about (ECOG 0 or 1), and your heart function is normal (LVEF at least 50%).
