Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have had ITP for at least 6 months, and your platelet count has been very low (less than 30) on two separate tests in the last 15 days.
  • You have a specific antibody against your own platelets (anti-platelet glycoprotein autoantibody).
  • You have tried standard treatments (like steroids, IVIG, TPO-RA, rituximab, or spleen removal) and they didn't work well enough or stopped working.
  • Your heart, kidney, and liver function are mostly normal, and your blood counts and oxygen levels are adequate.
