Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with refractory immune-related cytopenia, such as immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP, low platelets) or autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA, red blood cell destruction)
- You are between 18 and 80 years old
- Your major organs (liver, kidneys, lungs, heart) are functioning well based on recent blood tests and imaging
- You have good veins that can accommodate intravenous (IV) infusions
- Your overall health and functional status allow you to tolerate the treatment (Karnofsky score ≥60, ECOG ≤2)
- You are expected to live longer than 12 months
