Who can take part

  • You have had hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) for at least 6 months.
  • Your HS is moderate to severe right now.
  • Antibiotics for HS have not worked for you, or you cannot take them due to side effects or other reasons.
  • You do not have more than 20 open or closed tunnels (fistulas or sinus tracts) in your skin.
  • You have no serious heart or blood vessel problems in the last 6 months (like a heart attack or stroke).
  • You have not used a drug like QLS12010 before, or been in another clinical trial in the last 3 months.
