  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a type of lung cancer called adenocarcinoma that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer has a specific genetic change called a RET fusion.
  • You have never had treatment for your lung cancer before.
  • Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are good enough (they will test this).
