Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has come back or is not responding to standard treatments and has a RET gene change.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 32, and you weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg).
  • You have recovered from side effects of previous treatments (except for hair loss, infertility, or mild nerve issues).
  • Your kidney, liver, and blood cell counts are within acceptable ranges.
  • You have not had certain heart conditions like uncontrolled heart failure, recent heart attack, or a long QT interval on EKG.
  • You have not had a history of lung inflammation (pneumonitis) in the last year.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and agree to use effective birth control if needed.
