Combination treatment for advanced lung cancer with a RET gene change
Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.
This trial tests a combination of two medicines (pembrolizumab and lenvatinib) for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific RET gene change. The treatment may help slow down or shrink the cancer, and the study checks how well people tolerate it.

This trial tests a new drug, ILKN421H, combined with pembrolizumab (a type of immunotherapy) for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has not responded to standard treatments or has not been treated before. It aims to see if this combination can help shrink tumors or slow their growth.
This trial tests a combination of three drugs (nab-paclitaxel, lenvatinib, and pembrolizumab) for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose cancer grew after first-line treatment with immunotherapy and chemo. The goal is to see if this combination can help control the cancer.
This trial is comparing a new combination of two immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab and relatlimab) plus chemotherapy against the standard immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) plus chemotherapy for people with advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that has a certain protein (PD-L1) on at least 1% of its cells. The goal is to see if the new combination works better.
This trial tests a new combination of two investigational drugs, BNT324 and BNT327, for people with advanced lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It aims to see if the combination is safe and effective for different types of lung cancer, including non-small cell and small cell lung cancer.
This trial tests a new study drug called PF-08634404 combined with standard chemotherapy for people with advanced lung cancer that has not been treated before. It aims to see if this combination works better than chemotherapy alone.
