Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have been on a stable dose of cholesterol-lowering therapy (like a statin, with or without other medicines) for at least 4 weeks
- Your 'bad cholesterol' (LDL-C) is still not at your target level based on your heart disease risk
- You do not have familial hypercholesterolemia (inherited very high cholesterol), serious liver or kidney disease, or uncontrolled high blood pressure
- You have not taken certain newer cholesterol drugs (like PCSK9 inhibitors or Inclisiran) in the past 6 months to 2 years
- You do not have a history of cancer (except treated skin cancer) in the last 5 years or other serious health conditions
