Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 74 years old.
  • You have major depression that hasn't improved with at least two different antidepressant medications.
  • You have also tried combining or adding another antidepressant to your treatment without success.
  • You are not currently taking part in another study for depression medication.
  • You do not have any medical condition that would make esketamine unsafe for you.
