This trial tests if adding virtual reality to ketamine treatments can help people with depression that hasn't improved with other treatments. You'll receive IV ketamine as prescribed by your doctor and also use a virtual reality headset during sessions.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and can agree to take part.
  • You have depression that hasn't gotten better with standard treatments.
  • Your doctor recommends and approves you for ketamine treatment.
  • You will get at least 4 IV ketamine treatments as part of this study.
  • You are alert, oriented, and can watch and respond to questions.
  • If you could become pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test before treatment.
