Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have advanced cancer that no longer responds to standard treatments.
  • You have certain liver function levels (normal or moderately to severely impaired) as measured by blood tests.
  • Your blood counts (platelets, neutrophils) and kidney function are within acceptable ranges.
  • You have not had major surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation recently without full recovery.
