Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have an advanced cancer with no standard treatment options left.
  • Your blood counts (platelets, neutrophils) and liver/kidney function are within acceptable ranges.
  • You have recovered from any recent cancer treatment side effects (except hair loss).
  • If you are a woman, you may be eligible for one part of the study.
  • You do not have serious heart disease, active infections like HIV or hepatitis, or major stomach/bowel problems.
