  • You are a woman between 35 and 60 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 30 or higher, or at least 27 with a related health condition like high blood pressure or PCOS.
  • You have just started or recently started a GLP-1 medication (like Ozempic, Wegovy, or similar).
  • Your weight has been stable for the past 6 months (no big ups or downs).
  • You speak and read English.
  • You do not have type 2 diabetes, and you have not taken a GLP-1 drug in the past 6 months.
