  • You are a woman between 30 and 60 years old
  • You have overweight or obesity (BMI over 25)
  • You have been prescribed a GLP-1 medicine (like Ozempic or Wegovy) and have taken it for less than 4 weeks
  • You are willing to keep your current level of physical activity the same
  • You are generally healthy and don't have serious medical conditions
  • You are willing to eat pork as part of the extra protein group
