Who can take part

  • You had either sleeve gastrectomy or gastric bypass surgery at BUPA Clinic in Santiago.
  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • Your doctor has recommended metabolic rehabilitation after surgery.
  • You may have related health issues like insulin resistance, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or an underactive thyroid.
  • You do not have diabetes (type 1 or type 2), a history of heart attack or stroke, or serious heart/lung disease needing oxygen.
  • You have no ongoing complications from your surgery (like leaks, bleeding, or narrowing).
